What's included

Both plans include the same service:

• Monitoring of the deadlines on What we monitor that apply to your company
• Email reminders 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before most deadlines we can monitor, with a shorter schedule for short-cycle deadlines
• Email notifications when your company's Companies House record changes
• Manage your account to update your business details, your reminder email address and your subscription

Start with the free check

Search for your company and answer a couple of questions. You'll see your confirmation statement and annual accounts dates straight away, before you pay anything. Subscribe when you're ready, and we'll add your HMRC and pension deadlines.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Manage your account. Your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Because Kit & Ledger is a business-to-business service, the consumer cooling-off right doesn't apply, and fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. We don't offer automatic or pro-rata refunds for cancelling partway through a period. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
